      Hello all!, first time posting and very new to Blender.  I have a simple mesh, basically a medical instrument that is a tube within a tube all one merged mesh. When rigged with 21 joints in Maya and skinned, all the outer and inner vertices at the edgeloops stay with the nearest joint (bone).  Doing the same rig in Blender and using Automatic skinning, the inner vertices are not  following the outer vertices and the inner section comes outside when bones are rotated.  as if there is not 100% weight on the inner vertices. See image
